SerialEM Screening

A demonstration training course introducing SerialEM for continued training on screening.

Who: PNCC Awarded General Access Proposal members only

The Pacific Northwest Center for Cryo-EM (PNCC) would like to offer a one-day remote training workshop for 6 trainees on introduction to SerialEM over Zoom on January 27, 2025. Students are required to take this course in order to obtain 1x1 training in screening. If you are interested in becoming an independent microscope user, please submit an application. Follow-up training is required after workshop completion to become certified for independent operation.

NOTE: Applicant must be on an active PNCC proposal. PNCC prefers to train one lab member per group with the intention that this member can further train other members of their group. Application closes January 6th, 2024 or when workshop has been filled. If workshop is not filled by application close, this workshop date might be cancelled and applicants pushed to the next available date.
