EPU Screening

A demonstration training course introducing EPU for continued training on screening.

Who: PNCC Awarded General Access Proposal members only

The Pacific Northwest Center for Cryo-EM (PNCC) would like to offer a remote one-day introduction to grid screening using EPU via Zoom on March 23rd, 2026. Students are required to take this course in order to obtain 1x1 training in screening. Only if you are interested in becoming an independent microscope user, please submit an application. Follow-up training is required after workshop completion to become certified for independent operation.

NOTE: Applicant must be on an active PNCC proposal. To maximize impact, PNCC prefers to train one lab member per group with the intention that member further trains others in their group. Application closes March 4th, 2026, at 10am (Pacific) or when workshop has been filled.
If workshop is not filled by application close, this workshop date might be cancelled and applicants pushed to the next available date.
