SerialEM Introductory Training (Dec. 2022)

Who: PNCC Awarded General Access Proposal members only

The Pacific Northwest Center for Cryo-EM (PNCC) would like to offer a two day remote training workshop for 6 trainees on introduction to SerialEM over Zoom on December 14th and 15th, 2022. Students are required to take this course in order to obtain 1x1 training in screening. If you are interested in becoming an independent microscope user, please submit an application. After this introductory course, students are required to complete a training checklist and apply for screening training by scheduling experiments.

NOTE: Applicant must be on an active PNCC proposal. PNCC prefers to train one lab member per group with the intention that this member can further train other members of their group. Workshops will be scheduled after obtaining enough applicants to fill a course.
